Holler Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Apps by Mike ("Holler," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Holler Service. This Policy covers both our business customers ("Customers," e.g., a contractor using Holler) and the individuals who text, call, or interact with a Customer's business through Holler ("Leads" or "end users").

1. Information We Collect

From Customers (businesses using Holler)

From Leads and end users (people texting a Holler-powered business)

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate Holler, each acting under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Holler, our Customers, or others.

4. SMS-Specific Disclosures

If you are a Lead texting with a Holler-powered business number, you are communicating with an AI-assisted agent acting on that business's behalf; this will be disclosed to you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from that number; reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored automatically by the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer and Lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations (including signed-document retention), and resolve disputes. Customers may request deletion of their account data, subject to records we are required to retain by law (e.g., signed contracts, audit trails).

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Service, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate.
